The clothes someone wears, the way they speak, the environment they come from, their job, and even their physical appearance can sometimes become the basis on which we decide whether they are good or bad. Alhamdulillah, during every Qur’an study session, the children at Elmaskun Qur’an Learning Center (TPQ Elmaskun) continue to learn how to read and love the Qur’an. As adults, we certainly want to teach them not only how to read the Qur’an, but also how to respect, honor, and properly care for the Qur’an. However, because the children are still young and learning about proper manners, sometimes they unintentionally place the Qur’an on the floor. Although we regularly remind them, they are still children, and sometimes they simply forget. For this reason, we are trying to find a simple solution. We plan to provide small plastic tables for the children to use during their Qur’an lessons, so that the Qur’an does not have to be placed directly on the floor.
